Pick up our current sales flyer in store, view it online, download the app, or come inside the store and look for the Co+op Deals signs on the shelves. Don’t forget to check out the delicious and easy recipes inside the sales flyer twice a month. The Co-op carries all the ingredient you will need, and if you can’t find something, just ask one of our friendly staff to help.
The Co-op Deals Flyer is regionally distributed by National Co-op Grocers. There may be items in the flyer that the Co-op does not carry, even if we do carry that particular brand. Special orders are sometimes available for such items; speak with Customer Service for assistance.

Save 10% when you purchase full cases of any product! All cases must be pre-ordered either by phone or in-person. Please note that a “case” item quantity varies by product – for example, a case of wine is 12 bottles, but a case of milk is six half-gallons.
