The Concord Food Co-op was founded in 1982 and is a Member-owned natural and organic foods grocery store, café and bakery with strong ties to our local community. Founded under cooperative principals, each fully vested Member-Owner of the Co-op has a vote in how we do business.
If you are not already a member, you can earn your membership/ownership shares by working here with our hours worked accrual benefit, as described more fully in our employee handbook.
The Board of Directors defines our mission as follows:
