We provide food for groups as small as 10 and as large as you can think – for events ranging from birthdays, to board meetings, luncheons, and weddings! We use the best ingredients we can find and combine them with the talents and care of our kitchen.

Frequently Asked Questions...

How do I place a Catering Order?
You may place an order in-store or by calling the Co-op at (603)225-6840. All orders must be guaranteed by a credit card. Prices are subject to change. Catering orders are for a minimum of 10 people.

How early do I need to place my order?
We request that you place large catering orders seven days in advance. Smaller orders are requested 72 hours in advance, but the sooner, the better.

Can I get catering delivered?
Delivery options may be available. Ask when you place your order. Delivery charges may apply.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the pickup or delivery time. All deposits are non-refundable. Larger catering orders must be cancelled seven days prior to the catering date.

What if I have special dietary needs?
As a natural food grocery store and cafe, we are well versed in special dietary needs for our customers. We can provide a wonderful menu of dairy-free*, gluten-free*, vegetarian, vegan, or other requests. Please let us know what your needs are. We will be happy to work with you.
*Please note that while we can make delicious recipes free of certain ingredients, we are a full-service kitchen, and traces of allergens may occur.

Banquet Policies

These policies apply to large events, such as weddings.

Catering for large events
For large events such as weddings, please contact the Co-op Cafe to discuss your event to determine the Co-op’s availability. In general, when planning your event it is best to reserve your date as early as possible. We will hold your date as a courtesy for 10 business days. Once your date has been chosen, a non-refundable deposit of $500 will be due to hold the date for your event. When menus and details are decided, a catering order form will serve as your contract and outlines your remaining payment responsibilities. All prices are subject to change without notice.

All deposits received are non-refundable. A non-refundable deposit of 30% will be due 30 days prior to the event. Final payment of the estimated bill is due seven days prior to the event.

Guaranteed Guest Count
Final guest counts are due seven days prior to your event. After that time, your guest count cannot decrease. If no guarantee is received, we will prepare for the number indicated on your original event order and charge accordingly.

NH Meals Tax
There will be a 9% NH Meals Tax applied to all food & beverage.

You may cancel your event up to seven days prior. All deposits are non-refundable.
