Co-op Classes + Events

Whether you are a new Co-op Member, or have been a Member for years, our Wellness Educators will have a class for you!

Part of the Co-op’s mission is to provide our community with information and support for living a healthy lifestyle. As such, the Co-op is excited to offer a range of classes and events to help our members and customers learn about physical and mental health, food, our bodies – and more! We aim to provide a class once a month; most virtual, some in-person, and some out in the wonderful landscape of New Hampshire.

Our Wellness Educators are certified across a range of specialties, from herbalists to fitness trainers, life coaches to dieticians, acupuncturists to naturopaths. Additionally, Concord Food Co-op disseminates wellness news and tips through in-store signage, handouts, advertising, and our blog. We believe a healthier community is a happier community.

As a Wellness Educator at the Co-op, local health practitioners, have several opportunities to engage with the Co-op and customers. In addition to helping the community become healthier, Wellness Educators enjoy a 10% discount on their purchases at the Co-op (usual restrictions apply).

Events

Throughout the year the Co-op hosts a number of events, from small in-store tastings to larger events like our Annual Member Celebration. Some events may be member-only, while others are open to everyone.

Additionally, the Co-op helps sponsor local events through both food and monetary donations. These events are also listed here.
