Concord Food Co-op is happy to accept SNAP/EBT benefits as a form of payment at both of our stores! SNAP payments are valid towards all food grocery purchases, and may not be used on non-food grocery items, supplements or body care, household products, alcohol, or our hot foods (per government-mandated exclusions – click here to see a full list of exclusions and rules). If you have any questions about what your SNAP benefits cover, please ask our Customer Service department.
The Food For All program means more people in our community coming together and supporting a dynamic, locally-owned cooperative that is committed to offering healthier food choices. You do not need to be a Co-op Member to receive Food For All benefits. Individuals currently receiving assistance from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, WIC, Medicaid, or Free School Lunch Program will receive a total discount of 10% at our stores as well as the opportunity to complete a Membership investment in four years instead of one year. This discount applies to all items in the store including our “Co+op Value Price” items (everyday low prices on specific products in our stores) and our Co+op Deals sales (items that appear in our bimonthly sales flyer). The Food For All program fits the Co-op’s mission to “provide our community with high-quality natural and organic foods and environmentally sound products at reasonable prices.”
Current and new customers qualify for the Food For All program if they currently receive assistance from one of the following programs:
