Every year the Co-op conducts a customer satisfaction survey to find out how well we are serving our shoppers, and how we can continue to improve. The questions are intended to determine overall customer satisfaction with Concord Food Co-op and Kearsarge Cooperative Grocer, and will take into account information from both people who do and don’t shop at the Co-op. Answers to these questions will be kept completely confidential.
