Every morning starts with breakfast. When was the last time, if ever, you enjoyed your breakfast on Main Street in downtown Concord? Sip your morning coffee and enjoy your breakfast parfait or bagel while watching the crew set up SIHG.
8:00 – 10:00 am – Works Bakery Café is offering coffee and toasting up bagels with a selection of cream cheese like Irv Schlotnik used to make – New York style, boiled and baked in small batches. Take a look at their breakfast menu online.
Co-op member, Don Brueggemann, Manager of The Works Bakery Cafe, said, “As soon as the Co-op asked if we were willing to participate in SIHG by raising funds through the sale of our bagels and coffee, I said count us in. All of the participating nonprofits are doing great work in our community and we definitely want to help. I encourage everyone to come down for a bagel and coffee and support this event.”
8:00 – 11:00 am – Live Juice is serving breakfast and is donating the profit to the Crisis Center of Central NH. With your morning coffee select a yogurt parfait made with organic Stonyfield vanilla or strawberry yogurt and choose two toppings: granola, strawberries, or blueberries. Alternatively choose steel cut oats with two toppings: granola, brown sugar, strawberries or blueberries. See the complete Live Juice full day menu online.
Co-op Member, Aryn Marsh, owner Live Juice, said, “Spring Into Healthy Giving is a wonderful way to support non profits that do profound work in our community. Live Juice is excited to be a part of SIHG and will be donating profits from the day to the Crisis Center of Central NH.
