Come enjoy a salad so fresh, as Executive Chef Scott prepares it right in front of you, using local and organic produce. Meet the Celery Stick Cafe’s Executive Chef Scott and watch as he expertly creates 3 different Summer Salads right in front of the produce section in the Concord Store. (Prices coming soon.)

- Baby Arugula & Goat Cheese Salad with a Maple Hazelnut Vinaigrette. Fresh organic baby arugula greens topped with grilled Vidalia onions, pan fried goat cheese, candied pecans, and finished with a drizzle of our hazelnut maple vinaigrette.
- Chipotle Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. Fresh cut romaine lettuce tossed in our homemade Caesar dressing, topped with grilled chipotle seasoned organic chicken breast, jalapenos cornbread croutons, shaved Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of our organic chili powder for good measure!
