Concord Food Co-op Employment

As a member of our team, your role is essential to not only the success of our Co-op, but to the local communities we serve.

Concord Food Co-op was founded in 1982 and is a Member-owned natural and organic foods grocery store, café, and bakery with strong ties to our community. Founded under cooperative principles, each fully-vested Member of the Co-op as a vote in how we do business.

If you are not already a member, you can earn your membership by working here with our hours worked accrual benefit, as described fully in our employee handbook.
