Our pastry chefs whip up a delicious array of cookies, scones, pastries, tarts, and other goods daily. Check out our bakery case for a selection that is constantly changing with traditional and seasonal desserts.

Did You Know?

Everything in our bakery is made from scratch with only natural ingredients. We use flour milled right in New England, dairy products from a local Concord farm, and butter from a northeast farmer co-op. You’ll never find artificial colors, flavorings, preservatives, or hydrogenated oils in our sweet treats!
Special orders are always welcome, ask a baker in store or call and ask to speak with the bakery department. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are also available.

The Co-op offers a full selection of pastries – from classic to gourmet – for you to bring home for your next event. Whether it’s a small birthday party or a grand wedding, our desserts are sure to please. We are happy to take special requests to customize the selection for you. We are happy to accommodate special dietary needs.

Wicked Whisk Bakehouse

Located on Hall St in Concord, NH.

We know that delicious, safe gluten-free options are important to many of our customers. After several months of construction, planning, paperwork, and inspections, we’re thrilled to announce that our new Co-op Bakehouse now has a special space set aside for producing a certified gluten-free line of products, including Cafe Indigo favorites and Co-op originals. Look for these special treats, certified by the Gluten Intolerance Group’s Gluten-Free Certification Organization and bearing the GF logo in the Co-op freezer and deli departments. We’re also selling these products wholesale to Associated Grocers and Whole Foods Market. Please feel free to make a special order. Current certified gluten-free options include carrot cake, sweet potato brownies, pumpkin coffee cake, and we hope to offer more in the future. The Co-op Bakehouse is a separate facility than the in-store bakery; however, you can pick-up and purchase items in our Co-op stores.
